The Manager, Marketing & Communications is responsible for shaping and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage cohesive, measurable marketing campaigns assigned business units and functions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing within business units, guiding marketing strategies and tactics.
- Drive process and system improvements for enhanced operational and administrative efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify critical issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Work with stakeholders across business units to align on marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, corporate strategies, and budgets through internal review processes.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to track and analyze campaigns, managing marketing spend to evaluate effectiveness.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring the execution of promotional and cross-functional programs.
- Lead the development of positioning and messaging for assigned business units.
- Drive a cohesive Marketing and brand strategy across various channels including advertising, social media, email marketing, PR, and events.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field desired
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and strategy development, as well as digital marketing specialization is a plus
