Management Consultant

Our Finance & Risk Team is expanding, and we are looking for dynamic Consultants with an entrepreneurial drive to join our team. Together we reshape and develop financial operations at some of Sweden’s most reputable companies.

Your role.

In your work, you will combine your financial and technical knowledge to bridge gaps between business and technology departments at large corporations across various industries. Our Finance & Risk team collaborates closely with our clients, specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and establishing strategic roadmaps for financial operations. Our project deliveries for CFO organizations include solutions for FP&A, financial consolidation, statutory reporting, ESG reporting, and the automation and transformation of processes for our clients. We manage end-to-end projects, covering implementations, development, and change management.

As you deepen your expertise, you will take on greater responsibilities in our client engagements and our internal business development activities. Such as offering and business development, team development, employer branding, CSR, and other activities.

As a BearingPoint consultant, you will also work in close collaboration with our Technology and Data & Analytics teams on projects that span from high-level strategic advisory to client-side management of systems implementation. 

What we are looking for in our new colleagues.  

You have a general understanding of end-to-end finance processes such as Financial Accounting, Controlling, System Administration, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Alternatively, you have technical experience working with financial systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), or other relevant systems handling transactional data. 

We also expect you to hold a master's degree in industrial engineering and management, information systems, IT, Business, Finance, or other education that is deemed relevant.

Additionally , here are some things that will set you apart as a candidate, make sure to mention some if applicable.

• Examples from your work history of a project or initiative where your involvement was central to the overall value created.
• Prior experience as a Business/Management Consultant.
• Prior experience as a Controller or with accounting.
• Hands-on experience working with EPM or ERP solutions such as Anaplan, OneStream, or other systems handling transactional data.
• Work experience in a technical field (such as development, testing, deployment) and/or understanding of databases and integrations.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written). Familiarity using Excel and PowerPoint is also necessary to aid day-to-day business activities.
