Are you our new Local IT Support Specialist?
What will you do:
- Install, monitor, and maintain the users` personal IT equipment.
- Install and configure operating systems and software
- Cooperate with team members and expect some Group level responsibilities.
- Ensure user and workstation accounts and licenses; make Hardware orders and Software request when necessary. Assist new hires with setting up equipment and ordering accesses needed. Assist leavers, by making sure all required actions are performed.
- Be the first point of contact for employees. Process and promptly solve user Incidents/ Problems when possible or/ and take an active part in the cooperation with an external IT Support service provider (Fujitsu), communicate with the involved parties to solve the reported incident/ problem
- Ensure that all requested IT tickets are solved and done on time
- Responsible for the stock balance of IT equipment and the movement of equipment. Procurement and decommissioning.
- Cooperate with the hardware Vendors key accounts and key internal Group employees. Participate in meetings/ Projects when needed.
- Responsible for all technical equipment in the office: LAN, surveillance equipment, TV, conference room equipment, printers etc. Owning Incidents and Problems, Procurement and Decommissioning.
- Use all communication channels in the company, Mail, Mobile, Teams, Remote support tool.
- Be open for after business hours support for key Users with urgent issues. Find workaround if problem cannot be resolved.
- Ensure up-to-date information about all relevant IT news for all the users attached to the location. Inform on upcoming changes, project changes, updates, new features using agreed channels.
What we think you have:
- At least 2 years of successful experience in an Onsite IT user support role, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in working with IT equipment and software troubleshooting and installation
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, MDM Intune, O365, MS On perm AD and preferably experience with MS Azure AD administration.
