About Your Work:
- Plan and Execute: Secure that our co-workers find the right learning and development initiatives, ensuring a cohesive coworker experience through effective planning and infrastructure.
- Communicate and Manage: Take the reins of our learning portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to make sure our offerings are relevant, up-to-date, and reach the right people.
- Analyze and Innovate: Dive deep into performance data, deriving insights that will shape future strategies and improvements in our learning portfolio.
- Lead and Influence: Manage key organizational assignments, from business ownership of learning programs to solution management for learning platforms.
- Enhance and Advocate: Promote IKEA's brand, instill our culture, and infuse our values into every learning experience.
Qualification
What You Bring to the Table:
- A deep understanding of the IKEA culture and what makes a great learner journey.
- Familiarity with the latest tools and platforms for learning administration and evaluation. Specifically, Cornerstone (My Learning)
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to reach our co-workers.
- Insight into the best channels, methods, and tools for impactful learning.
- A clear vision of the learner's reality and the competencies that drive success.
