We are looking for a Solution Lead to design, implement and maintain right-size IT support for the customer processes in the Lead to Termination (L2T) value stream.

As Lead-to-Termination Solution lead at Telia, you will own the design, development, and life cycle management of the solutions within the Lead to Termination Value stream. In this role you work in the cross-section of demand and delivery, supporting Business Owners and other stakeholders in realizing their requirements. The solutions span all systems supporting the customer processes in the Lead-to-Termination value stream.
I'm Anna Modigh, Head of the IT Engineering unit in Division X Customer Operations. Our team is responsible for the development and operations of the systems supporting the customer journey for B2B customers of Division X products. Division X delivers IoT and Data Insights products across the Telia footprint in the Nordics and Baltics. While our unit owns several systems in the Lead to Termination Value stream, the solutions often require integration to, and development of, Telia common systems.
As Solution Lead of the Value stream you will be end-to-end responsible for the agile deliveries of the DevSecOps value stream. Tasks include:
  • Together with Business Owners and Release Engineer coordinate and plan demand from stakeholders and align dependencies with other value streams.
  • Owning the solutions within the Lead to Termination value steam, ensuring they are designed and maintained following architectural roadmaps, are compliant with regulatory and Telia mandatory requirements, and ensuring life cycle management of launched solutions.
  • Leading the work to break down Epics into Features together with BOs and Domain Architects. You will ensure alignment of the solution with architectural principles and contribute to the architectural roadmap.
  • Securing E2E capacity planning and aligned prioritization for each EPIC together with all involved Product Owners and process developers. Coordinating lifecycle and progress of all features needed to develop, test and deliver the full EPIC. Keeping track of and communicating EPIC dependencies and risk, securing prioritization and alignment as needed.
  • Driving the simplification and optimization of the solutions within value stream, gathering the appropriate stakeholders and experts to understand and align requirements.

Is this you?
We think that you have a passion for understanding stakeholder requirements, translating them into right-sized solutions. You understand the telecom customer journey and have experience with the Lead to Termination processes (Lead to Order, Order to Activation, Pay, etc.). You are equipped with certification in an Agile technology such as SAFe or Lean. You have experience from a start/up or scale/up environment. Data modelling experience is also valued.
You are a strong, driven individual contributor, ready to take ownership of the deliverables. You possess business acumen and the ability to bridge demand to solution, process to technology, and business to engineering.
You are also comfortable leading a cross-functional virtual team and have previous project management experience with responsibility for resources, cost forecasting and follow-up, as well as experience of decision-making processes and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role and business level fluency in English and Swedish is required.
