Knowledge Development & Support Specialist is a part of Customer Service & Sales (CS&S) with a clear goal to support CS&S Teams and to support other TUI departments.
We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team.
Are you a problem-solver with good writing and system skills who is not afraid to do detective work?

Then perhaps you are our new CS&S Knowledge Development & Support Specialist.

ABOUT THE JOB
Your daily tasks will be to:
  • Create and maintain FAQ & Chatbot content (external)
  • Create and maintain internal information, training material and user guides to CS&S
  • Support CS&S transformation, implementation of new systems
  • Support markets with special competence
  • Support markets with complex booking incidents
  • Supporting our customers with expert knowledge and competence
  • Support & administration of flight related cases and dynamic bookings
  • Cater and support all TUI functions (e.g. Finance, Musement)
  • Administration & back office tasks (e.g. payments, request, receipt & certificate handling)
  • Actively work with quality and improvement having daily contact and close collaboration with CS&S and with all related TUI Nordic/ TUI Group departments

ABOUT YOU
  • Fluent in one Nordic language and English, both verbal and written
  • Experience from writing and developing content
  • A great understanding and knowledge of as-is Customer Sales & Service processes, systems and products
  • Strong Atcom skills
  • Basic knowledge in Amadeus
  • Understanding of travel law and regulations, finance and payments routines
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-driven & taking responsibility over all tasks within responsibility area
