AdressWe are now looking for a junior user-experience (UX) designer to work within Ericsson Business Area Networks (BNEW) . We work closely with stakeholders, and colleagues to show appreciation and humanness in every collaboration, and also we translate business requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. If this is something exciting to you, then we want you to join the team of 40+ Human-Centered Designers.
What you will do
- Establish good connections with stakeholders and make them a close collaboration partner.
- Conduct research interviews and observations on the topic or use the existing data if available
- Conceptualize, present, and optimize the flows and information architecture
- Preparer, analyzed, and iterate Low-Fi and High-Fi mock-ups with user testing data
- Perform user testing in different forms and ways approved within scientific methods
- Prepare and handover design specifications to the agile team for review and support them in development activity
- Develop knowledge to work with the Design system
- Bachelor's degree in a UX-related field of study or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in UX design.
- Be a phenomenal teammate and able to work in a team
- The ability to research and resolve issues using appropriate resources.
- Visual design skills and a keen sense of effective UI.
- Being able to craft user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, user interface designs, and high-quality final visual components.
- Knowledge with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365.
