Responsibilities
• Develop plans to achieve sales and margin goals• Ensure attractive categories from a consumer perspective• Responsible for strategic assortment development• Ensure the categories have a profitable and optimized assortment• Identify and launch new assortment and products• Make decisions regarding product innovations• Analyze deviations in sales, profitability, inventory, and assortment• Plan and ensure campaign and season planning• Monitor sales forecast within the category• Responsible for monthly category reports• Manage and follow up on Jula's price position• Ensure adherence to pricing strategy• Responsible for overall inventory value and quantity• Manage Category Manager and Category Planner
Requirements
• Longer experience in practical management and leadership• Experience in purchasing, preferably in an international company• Experience in assortment development, negotiation, sourcing, and pricing• Experience in DIY and retail is a plus• Degree in economics/marketing• Fluent in English• Good knowledge of Office programs and business systems
