Responsibilities
• Overseeing the daily production and personnel on the warehouse and terminal• Managing a team of operational managers and customer service employees• Ensuring compliance with DHL's requirements and guidelines• Working with Marketing & Sales to strengthen market presence• Managing quality, service, work distribution, work environment and safety, and finances• Setting goals, implementing guidelines, coaching, and guiding the team• Developing the organization and trying out new ideas• Being responsible for personnel management of operational managers and customer service
Requirements
• Higher education in logistics or equivalent experience• Several years of documented leadership experience• Process-oriented approach• Fluency in Swedish and English• Proficiency in Excel
