As a key player in our Productivity and Collaboration team, you will be instrumental in improving our collaboration platform, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian tools. Your role is not just about managing systems; it's about shaping the way we work together and facilitating the smooth migration of acquired companies onto our global platform. Your impact goes beyond routine tasks; you'll be contributing to building a more efficient and collaborative future for EasyPark.
How can you have an impact?
As an IT Systems Engineer, your mission is to implement new and continuously improve existing services in line with our overall IT strategy and roadmap. You will ensure the delivery of IT services, meeting or exceeding expected levels of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer new technical solutions based on business needs.
- Lead new systems implementations and integrations within the team's area of responsibility.
- Implement system changes ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot advanced system issues, such as integrations or configurations.
- Assure existing services work as intended, meeting established SLAs and policies.
- Plan and lead project scopes and deliveries in collaboration with project leads.
- Participate in various IT and Business projects as a technical specialist.
- Keep documentation, Service Catalog, and CMDB up-to-date within the team's area of responsibility.

Is this you?
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer with a passion for collaborative technology and a global mindset. Your previous experience in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack is important. Additionally, we are looking for the following:
- Engineering degree and strong technical background.
- A few years of experience as an engineer in the productivity and collaboration space.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Adaptability to different solutions and a mature approach to open discussions about priorities.
- Previous experience with AI tools is a benefit, showcasing your interest in cutting-edge technologies.
- The ability to troubleshoot advanced system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Openness to taking ownership of systems and driving impactful improvements.
- Experience working in a global company would be considered a valuable asset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
