Adress We are looking for an IT Project Manager to strengthen St1 Business Technology´s ability to successfully deliver new capabilities through projects. The role will be organised in BT´s Finance Supply Chain Solutions team.

Who are we looking for?
Self-driven enthusiastic person with:
Solution oriented mind-set with effective communication and collaboration skills.
Will to take responsibility and has a well-organized, self-motivated, and systematic way of working.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in major IT projects, such as ERP implementations. Knowledge on other IT solutions and functional knowledge on finance and logistics is considered a big plus.
Understanding of the complete life cycle of projects (from idea through implementation to handover to operations).
Ability to link projects to larger organizational goals and initiatives.
Good English language skills, both written and spoken. Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian knowledge is considered an advantage.
Strong motivation to always learn more.
What are your key responsibilities?
Managing end-to-end implementation of IT projects, focusing on Production and Logistics Finance domains where there are typically multiple systems implemented at the same time
Leading project teams and ensuring timely delivery
Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets and timelines
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements
Facilitating communication between stakeholders and project team members
Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements
Ensuring projects follow our Investment Management Processes and that St1 support model is implemented after each project
