Job Profile
The main responsibilities include supporting IT Management in a variety of tasks ranging from end-to-end initiatives and project reporting. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, flexible, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Manage different initiatives and investigations of varying complexity,
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and forecasts, including resource allocation, costs, and dependencies,
- Handling risk, issue, and change control processes, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and tracking action items,
- Supervising progress, quality, planning, and budget, reporting to senior management and other collaborators,
- Handling virtual teams across different divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers,
- Ensuring projects adhere to MFEX's and where applicable Euroclear's internal standards and methodologies,
- Support the development organization with business analyst tasks including analysis and documentation of requirements and processes when needed for different epics/projects,
- Compile and report on budget and progress for all initiatives within the project portfolio,
- Support IT Management with different kinds of change and integration activities.
Qualifications and experience
- First experience in IT Project Management and/or business analysis
- Driven and Proactive
- Analytical and Structured
- Experience within a consulting or financial sector meriting
- Fully fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint).
- Agile experience or knowledge preferred
