AdressWe are currently looking for an IT coordinator to join our System Administration Team within the Distribution Center in Eskilstuna. As an IT Coordinator you are overall technical responsible of DC infrastructure to ensure stability and scalability. You will also plan and coordinate IT changes and software deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage DC System Service Performance (SLA, OLA and Functional Coverage)
- Manage in-time, in-budget, in-quality releases
- Follow up and coordination of infrastructure incidents
- Collaborate with MHE and System Specialist Team
- Strategic planning to propose and develop plans for IT systems and services based on business needs
- Together with H&M Global IT team troubleshoot and resolve any technical infrastructure issues
Kvalifikationer

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Deep experience with cluster servers, databases, network and communications solutions (and software related to WCS in automation
- Deep ITIL experience
- Solid managerial skills, if applicable also project management skills
- Ability to collaborate and co-create with others

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. The location is based in Eskilstuna and is part of the Logistic Region Europe. As IT Coordinator, you report directly to System Administration Manager. Start date June 2024 or by agreement.
Our Retail Distribution Center in Eskilstuna is on an exciting expansion journey! The DC today consists of approximately 450 ambitious, committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
We are currently in the middle of an extensive expansion. During 2025, our operations will also include stores in Finland and Denmark.
