Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Order supplies required by the teams.
- Assist accounting department to manage invoices/payments.
- Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.
- Understand administration issues and resolve them for smooth teams' operations

We believe that you have:
- Ongoing studies/BA in administration or a related field may be preferred.
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English (Swedish is an optional).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and flexibility to use other office tools (ex. Teams center, Ivalua, ERP).
