Creating the At Six experience from the very start
Inhouse SalesAt Six is a team of 8 ambassadors which includes project coordinators, Sales Agents and reservations agents. The team handles all bookings and planning of meetings and events. This applies for individual accommodation and group bookings as well as the hotel's social areas such as our restaurant Dining Room, roof park Stockholm under Stjärnorna and our Cocktailbar. We always deliver a high level of service and want to create the At Six experience from the first contact, we are here to create a unique experience and memories for life!
The Role and Our Philosophy
As one of our Sales Agents your main responsibility is to make sure we keep as high occupancy levels as possible. You'll work closely with our project coordinators, Sales Managers and Director of Sales and play a key role within the team for a smooth running operation and planning. You'll be a part of our sales culture both in the department and the whole house, making sure to complete bookings with all details such as prices, times, menus and cancellations rules in the hotel's booking system Cenium. You'll report directly to our Director of Sales and sit in At Six premises at Brunkebergstorg in central Stockholm.
Our philosophy is that every detail makes a difference, and the differences make all the details!
And what about you?
We are looking for you with experience from a similar role, preferably within the premium segment. You have experience of both bookings and sales with documented good results. You're fluent in both Swedish and English, knowledge in other languages are beneficial. You're used to working with Cenium or other similar programmes and have a high digital knowledge. Previous experience working with events is an extra plus.
We believe you are outgoing, a problem solver and communicative with both colleagues and guests. You enjoy being in the center of action and love to exceed the customer's expectations, your passion is in the details! You work independently but understand the importance of good and close collaboration.
