Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Technician with IT Security to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Deliver infrastructure services in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the infrastructure environment.
Collaborate with hardware/software vendors to address technical support issues promptly.
Coordinate with global architects and regional Data Center teams to ensure infrastructure and systems comply with client standards in functionality, security, and maintainability.
Actively monitor system infrastructure to manage business systems and security risks effectively.
Implement automation strategies to streamline IT infrastructure delivery.
Engage in key processes including:
Event Management: Monitor, measure against SLAs, trigger, and report events.
Incident Management: Log all incidents and resolve them promptly.
Change Management: Process approved changes from Build into Run.
Asset & Configuration Management.
What You Bring:
Relevant IT Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong IT infrastructure experience.
Self-driven with a motivation to deliver world-class services to the business.
Experience in IT security practices.
Proficiency in patch management, performance optimization, availability management, and disaster recovery.
Experience in server management and/or Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Excellent communication skills in English and native language, both verbal and written.
Meritorious: Experience working with Security Compliance tools such as Qualys.
Meritorious: Experience with Linux systems.
