Responsibilities
• Active participation in daily quality work• Ensure compliance with HACCP, quality standards, and quality systems• Lead various development projects• Be the primary contact person for customers• Administer and perform tasks such as control of raw materials, product inspection, and participation in test production• Product assessments and reporting• Verify and evaluate process/product controls• Handle deviations and follow-up• Analyze/inspect raw materials and products• Identify business opportunities through continuous interaction with customers and industry events• Prepare new presentations with relevant information for customers• Coordinate new development opportunities with customers and internally with site manager, quality manager, finance manager, and VP
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience as a quality specialist• Previous experience in project management/KAM• Preferably a higher education degree in natural sciences/food or equivalent• Experience in manufacturing industry/food industry/BRC or other food standards is a plus• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
