Responsibilities
• Assist a young man with autism in his daily activities.• Plan and organize activities in advance.• Communicate with the individual using non-verbal methods such as eye contact and visual aids.• Take the individual on walks, cycling trips, bowling, and swimming.• Maintain a calm and methodical approach to facilitate the individual's daily routine.
Requirements
• Being trustworthy, responsible, imaginative, and physically active.• Possessing a genuine interest in individuals with autism.• Preferably being a non-smoker.• Previous experience in the field is advantageous but not required.• Proficiency in the Swedish language is important.• Emphasizing the importance of personal chemistry in the interaction between the customer and the personal assistant.
