Your responsibilities and impact as a Hotel Representative:
Be the welcoming face of the hotel, greeting guests upon arrival
Provide personalized advice and assistance to guests on-site
Offer and sell products and services tailored to guests' needs (uncapped commission potential)
Coordinate individual travel plans and assist with booking adjustments
Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and create memorable guest experiences
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Proficiency in German (C1) and strong English skills (B2+)
Eagerness to immerse yourself in new cultures and collaborate with international colleagues
Willingness to reside in one of Turkey's renowned holiday destinations

Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to relocate within Turkey
Turkish passport or Mavi Card and Turkish work permit
Valid driver's license
