Vi erbjuder dig en tjänst som Senior Director (P5) as Head of Research på JLL Sverige. Tjänsten kommer att vara delad mellan Research (som tillhör Valuation) och Capital Markets. I din roll som Head of Research kommer du att rapportera till Tom Carroll, Head of Research EMEA som är baserad i London, med en parallell rapportering till mig. Inom research handlar tjänsten om att tillsammans med vår marknadsavdelning ansvara för produktionen av Nordic Outlook. Därutöver leverera kvartalsvisa rapporter till banker och andra samt genomföra möte med dessa. Inom Research kommer Adam Denlert att rapportera till dig. Adam har några års erfarenhet och ansvarar för stora delar av innehållet i rapporterna samt löpande uppdateringar av databaser mm.
50 procent av tjänsten kommer att vara inom Capital Markets med fokus på Corporate Finance, vilket innebär att du ska stödja Capital Markets i pitchar och i mer komplicerade affärer (apportemissioner, uppköp, sammanslagningar, strukturaffärer mm) samt mer analysuppdrag avseende exempelvis portfölj/bolagsvärderingar. I din roll inom Capital Markets kommer du att rapportera till Daniel Anderbring, Head of Capital Markets Sverige.
