Responsibilities
• Lead a global team consisting of one manager in Åland and 5 finance managers/financial controllers located outside Åland• Ensure group consolidation and external reporting is performed according to set deadlines and with high quality• Lead the development of Global finance processes and ensure training of the global finance organization• Participate or contribute resources to important change projects• Collaborate with business controllers and leaders in the organization to prepare board and management reporting
Requirements
• Strong business mindset• Ability and interest in quickly understanding new business processes• Experience in process development• Ability to adapt the organization to a dynamic environment• Fluency in Swedish and English
