Your task
Your main task will be to participate in the work of shaping production and the process so that it will be as assembly-friendly as possible. You will work cross-functionally with many functions, but above all R&D and the chassis workshops in Europe, South America, and Asia.
You work together with other colleagues at MPP with requirement setting, analysis, and solution generation in the early phases of the development projects that affect the chassis assembly for trucks. In all steps, you work to achieve our ergonomics, quality, and productivity goals with a clear goal of a disruption-free production introduction where the customer is always in focus.
The work takes place in project form where we dynamically discuss possibilities and solutions with designers, technical colleagues, and installers, and has a clear international and cross-functional character.
Your colleagues
The group currently consists of 11 members, women and men with different backgrounds and experiences. Our biggest success factor is a good team spirit that is based on a culture of open dialogue and continuous exchange of experience. Supporting each other in our tasks is a matter of self-evident for us.
Your profile
We want you to have several years of experience in production technology or product development and preferably have a background in assembly or ergonomics.
We believe that you are communicative, flexible and self-motivated. We see that you thrive in an environment characterized by cross-functional and problem-solving-oriented collaboration and feels self-evident in improving our processes and methods together with your colleagues.
As the job involves international contacts, you need to be fluent in spoken and written English. Meritorious if you have knowledge in Catia, Enovia and lean tools.
