As a key player in the Global Operations Development team, you will be part of driving and leading transformation and development projects within the entire Supply Chain within planning, buying, sourcing, production and logistics.
GANT is about to go through a major change over the next couple of years, shaping the future operations to fulfill GANT's overall strategy. You will be part of an agile and fast-running team, developing strategies and/or implementing the next operational platform for GANT globally. These initiatives aim to enhance cost efficiency and service levels, freeing up capital and positioning GANT for future growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage pre-studies, compiling business cases such as network studies, supplier evaluation and operational process improvements
- Act as the Project Lead Global Operation development projects and Business Lead for Global Operations during SAP implementation
- Ensure successful process definition, development and documentation
- Manage reporting and system development initiatives
- Oversee the tendering processes within Global Operations
- Analyze product flows and/or processes within the supply chain
- Support managers with decision-making material and presentations
Your skills
- Master's degree in Engineering and/or Economics, with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Planning
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or consulting with change project exposure, preferably in the consumer goods or fashion industry
- Open-minded and ready to walk the extra mile to achieve results
- A high degree of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills combined with a structured mindset
- Strong project management capabilities coupled with a deep understanding of processes
- Proficiency in SAP S4 either as a user or from an implementation standpoint, as a consultant or process owner,ideally within Fashion
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and S&OP processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and adept at creating clear and professional presentations
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish preferred
