Responsibilities
- Timely and efficient closing process and submission of monthly and annual reporting packages
- Controlling of Balance Sheet and investigation of issues
- VAT reporting together with other external reporting
- Liaison with Shared Service Center and business to resolve financial queries and ensure improved operations
- Development of Financial processes, including coordination and support of audit requests
- Ensure adherence to Group financial processes, compliance rules/policies and Vestas's guidelines
- Work on initiatives to improve processes and ways of working within Financial Controlling or with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Relevant education / degree most likely within Finance, Controlling or similar combined with work experience from finance, in an international company
- Good controlling and accounting skills
- Knowledge and experience within SAP ERP FI & CO module
- Fluent in English and good knowledge in German is a requirement
Competencies
- Experience working in a multi-national company, highly engaged in stakeholder management
- Finance / accounting knowledge
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Flexible mindset, comfortable in managing and driving change
- Self-organised, accountable and a team player with good people skills
- Knowledge and experience with SPA ERP FI & CO module
- Fluent in English and German with good communication skills in both languages
You will focus on assuring the figures and report all financial data as well as maintain complete and proper records of revenue, expenditures, assets and liabilities. In addition, you will make sure we are following the compliance and local accounting requirements. You will also make sure that the external reporting such as VAT, Interstat & statistics are carried out according to current laws and internal guidelines in the most efficient way.

Additional information
You will report into our Finance Conrolling Mnaager in the Northern Central Europe Region (NCE) and you will have the possibility to be based in Hamurg DE, Malmo (SE) or Warrington (UK)
