We are looking for a highly experienced Business Partner with strong skills in reporting and planning to join our Group Business Control organization within Business Finance at Telia. The focus will be on quality and accuracy of both external and internal financial reporting, actuals and plan, including cash flow management. You will also play a crucial role in our ongoing exciting journey within the ONE Finance transformation program to create the best finance function in the region.

This is a role as a senior Business Partner within our Group Business Control function. The agenda is broad, dealing with tasks within our financial reporting and planning process securing quality in financial flows and reporting of both internal as well as external financial figures. The role is exposed to a wide range of internal stakeholders, both at Group level and across the organization.
As an expert in the area, you will also be an important person in the Planning and Steering stream in our ONE Finance transformation program that aims to ensure effective strategy execution, strong accountability and better decision making. You will act in a complex environment with many moving parts, but this is something that we trust you to embrace and be inspired by.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Responsible for Group planning and forecast process, including monthly cashflow outlooks
- Active interaction with internal stakeholders
- Accuracy of financial reporting both internal and external
- Identifying and highlighting potential financial risks and opportunities
- Continuously develop, improve and adopt our processes and routines to be able to deliver on stakeholder's expectations
- Result simulation and scenario analysis

You can combine strategic thinking with handling daily operative tasks, and you have strong communication skills which reflect your business acumen. You easily see the big picture, proactively anticipates problems and find workable solutions to drive the financial performance and value creation forward.
We want you to have a proven track record with exposure to multiple and complex business & financial processes as well as experience from working close to the interface between a business unit and other units in a larger company. Furthermore, it's important that you have solid experience working with Business Control including budgeting and forecasting. You have a relevant university degree within Finance or Economics and you have good communication skills in English. If you you speak any other Nordic language, it's a plus.
