You closely collaborate with both customers and other ABB teams, functioning as the technical hub that delivers quality and meets the service needs of customers. You are responsible for providing routine maintenance and technical support on-site or remotely.The role is located in Jönköping, Sweden.

Your responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include, among other tasks, troubleshooting, repairs, customer support, and preventive maintenance on our robot systems.
• You troubleshoot equipment and provide recommendations to prevent the issue from recurring in the future.
• You build and maintain strong customer relationships, assess customer needs, and provide specialized support and solutions.
• You identify opportunities for developing new service offerings, equipment, and methods.
• In addition to product knowledge and service expertise on ABB's robots and control cabinets, competence in servicing and maintaining our vision-based machine operating cells is required.
• You embrace ABB's core values regarding safety and integrity, meaning you take responsibility for your actions while also feeling accountable for your colleagues and the business operations. The position includes being on call.

Your background

• You have a vocational college education in Robot Automation, technical/engineering education in electricity, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have experience in reading electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
• You have experience/knowledge of various vision systems.
• You have programming skills, e.g., in Rapid, RobotStudio, and PLC (TIA Portal).
• You have a driving license (B-license) and enjoy traveling for work.
• You have a strong safety mindset, adaptability, a collaborative approach, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
