The Field Application Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for customer training and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is part of the UK and Ireland Applications Team and will be field based in South West London Area. Ideally, we are looking for candidates based within South West London Boroughs and Surrey. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and nurture productive relationships with all customers within a defined area of responsibility, providing ongoing support to both the instrumentation and reagent range.
Be responsible for the installation of Beckman Coulter (BC) analysers and the associated tasks involved in the commissioning and customer training.
Ensure the 'Voice of the Customer' is promoted to meet customer satisfaction metrics
The essential requirements of the job include:
Medical Diagnostics industry and/or Laboratory experience
Knowledge and understanding of laboratory practices, including a knowledge of clinical chemistry and immunoassay.
IT literate, including an understanding of laboratory automation, LIS/middleware, and their interactions with analytical instrumentation.
A full clean driving license
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Independent remote working
Customer relationship management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
