Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the design process from conception through to final technical design.
• Conducting market research to identify upcoming trends, culture, and fabrics
• Creating production sketches for development.
• Selecting fabrics, embellishments, and colors, to complete the design proposal.
• Close cooperation with product management and the quality team during the entire product development process, from design to production.
• Collaborating with the pattern technicians to ensure the final fit follows the design requirements.
• Collaborating with the sewing department to give necessary instructions for the final samples.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college degree in fashion design.
• Advanced knowledge of textiles, trimmings, and garment construction.
• Availability to travel for production-relevant market areas.
• Advanced skills to design by hand or using CAD.
• Excellent sense of style and color.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Basic communication skills in Albanian
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with other designers and co-workers.
• Attention to detail, including the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality.
