In this role, you will work with Husqvarna's transformation from current, to future architecture in the Information-area. This is an important role at Husqvarna Group and together with the team, you will be part of shaping Husqvarna's digital future.

In this role, you will be joining a dedicated team of Enterprise Architects, that on a day to day basis make an real impact in the business. The team works in close collaboration with colleagues within other departments, but also in close alignment with our strategic initiatives, enabling change for Husqvarna through their work.

You will be joining the function during a large change journey, where your input affect the direction of change. About the role as an Enterprise Architect at Husqvarna:
As an Enterprise Architect, focusing on Information, you will work with leading the IT architecture in this areas for Husqvarna group. You will have a big impact on our digital journey, where data and information management is a very important component.
The information area at Husqvarna is an important area where we are executing on a group data management strategy. In the information area we cover a lot of different types of data, where some examples are, IOT data from our products , business intelligence, analytics, master data and customer data.
You will be leading an architecture network within the information area, that sets the to be landscape as well as the architecture governance within the information area.
An important responsibility in this role is to secure the definition of the To-Be IT-landscape and to make sure that the landscape is coexistent during transformation from the As-Is to the To-Be set-up. With that said, you will be an important bridge between IT and business.
This is where we think you will come in. If you are familiar with things like information architecture, AI, master data, IOT data, analytics and BI this might be something for you.
You will be a part of Husqvarna Group's Enterprise Architecture department and report to the Director of EA.
Your skills:
You have a BSC or MSC in relevant field and a broad architectural background with experience from one or several of the areas within the information space. We also think that you have IT architecture and EA experience, with good understanding in information flows.
If you also have a certification in an Architectural Framework (e.g. TOGAF) and process knowledge from a manufacturing company, that is a plus.
Who you are:
As a person, you have the ability to lead other architects, as well as keeping a solution together in a bigger scale. You have sense for the "big picture" and like to take responsibility for the end-to-end. A global environment is a great place for you and you really like the challenge in creating a better architecture for Husqvarna Group's future.
To make this journey, we also think that your communication skills must be really great and that you are self-sufficient, motivated, structured and organized. You should really like being in a fast moving environment with a lot of change activity's going on at the same time.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in English. Swedish is an advantage.
Location:
Preferred locations for this position is in Sweden at any of our larger sites (Huskvarna, Gothenburg and Stockholm) or Poland at our site in Warsaw.
Other locations can be discussed for the right person and with the possibility to travel. Husqvarna Group has a Hybrid work model, where location is of less importance for the right candidate.
