Join our Global E-commerce team at our headquarters, where you'll play a role in driving TePe's e-commerce sales to new heights. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise in D2C, B2C, and Marketplace sales on a global scale. Reporting to the global Channel Manager E-commerce, you'll be at the forefront of our E-commerce initiatives. In the role as E-commerce Sales Coordinator...

you will become an integral part of a rapidly growing international company. Our journey involves establishing ourselves further on major marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, where your involvement will be significant. We require your support to strengthen our team of four and to grow together.

As the E-commerce Sales Coordinator, you will closely collaborate with the global E-commerce team, subsidiaries, and various stakeholders within the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with international parties is crucial, as you contribute to different stakeholders to ensure the continued success of the organization.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the acquisition of comprehensive product information, including copy, photo materials, banners, and launch plans, to support business expansion and marketing efforts.

  • Assuming full responsibility for the product enrichment process, ensuring that all online products feature accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Taking ownership of managing the catalog, listings, purchase orders synchronization, and handling chargeback claims for our marketplace channel.

  • Guaranteeing the availability of TePe products across various e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless purchasing experiences for customers.

  • Implementing ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience on the website, aiming to boost conversion rates, drive performance improvements, and optimize functionality.

To succeed in the role of E-commerce Sales Coordinator…

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with a focus on E-commerce.

  • A few years of work experience and a strong desire to further develop within the E-commerce and sales domains.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor platforms, Shopify, Jira, and Google Analytics would be advantageous.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
