AdressWe are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Product Designer at DeLaval, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-centric digital solutions that enhance the efficiency and productivity of dairy farming operations. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of 11 designers spread across Sweden and Poland, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability testing results.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms by following design guidelines and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our Digital Products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) designing Digital Products, preferably in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Swedish or Polish are advantageous.
