Job Summary

Are you passionate about leveraging digital innovation to drive business success and enhance customer experiences? Are you a proven team player with an ability to guide an organisation in implementing user journey mapping and execution? 
We are now strengthening the team and are looking for a Digital Interaction Manager to join our Digital Channels team in Tools & Commercial Systems at AB Tetra Pak.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

We are looking for a Digital Interaction Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our digital initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading user journey mapping, developing UX strategies, and deepening our understanding of customer behaviour. 
As our new colleague, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out user journeys across various digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement UX strategies to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct research and analysis to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and pain points.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to optimise digital experiences and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of digital channels.
  • Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user experience.
  • Participate and support with other tasks related to e-Commerce in Tetra Pak as applicable.

To be successful in this role we believe you have

To be successful in this position you have the ability to move between defining strategies and working hands-on. We believe the ideal candidate will have a relevant background in Service Design, UX Research, customer experience, or a related field. 
You have a good level of business understanding and enjoy working in a high pace environment. As a person you are driven, analytical, creative, positive and have a proactive approach. You also possess excellent networking and communication skills. You have experience from successfully leading and implementing user journey mapping strategies and ways of working. 
We believe that you have a university degree or equivalent from a relevant area. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. We prefer you to have experience using Figma. If you have been working with e-Commerce in an B2B environment and/or been involve in design related activities it is considered a plus.
