As a Delivery IoT Specialist in Division X, you will be part of a team of project managers and technical specialists with focus to optimize our deliveries within the IoT area and deliver customer value.
Your responsibility will include:
- Be part of securing a firm delivery scope and acceptance criteria
- Securing the overall technical delivery and functionality of the solution
- Configuration and software rollout of our services
- Acceptance testing in collaboration with colleagues, partners, and customers.
- Troubleshooting with our customers and partners
- Continuously developing our ways of working and our tools
Is this you?
We think that you have a passion for the latest technology and IoT, and knowledge and experience within IoT solutions for Public Transport. You thrive in a changing environment where you can make a difference. You bring a strong self-leadership, customer focus and you have previously worked with IoT development or in a customer support organization.
You have knowledge and experience in:
- Solid technical understanding of IoT, vehicle IT and networks
- MQTT, Linux, Android applications, Java, system-oriented programming
- Acceptance test methodology
- Troubleshooting technical solutions
- Support tools like ServiceNow
- Agile way of working
- Customer communication
