What you will do:
- Deliver effective solutions to our customers.
- Monitor order status.
- Handle orders and invoicing.
- Securing a positive customer experience.
- Deliver effective solutions to customers.
- Coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve issues.
- Documentation and developing processes
Qualifications:
-Experience in SAP ECC
-Technical competence and interest.
-Interested in economics and numbers.
-Experience with Office 365.

-Well aware of principles and practices in customer service.
-A collaborative person.
-A solution finder.
-Skilled in written and spoken communication both in Swedish and English language
