Would you like to coach our customers in the use of some of the market's coolest tools? We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager with a passion for orthopaedics and medical IT, serving customers mainly in Europe but also in Australia and North America.
Sectra is one of the world's leading providers of IT systems for managing medical images. Our long-term ambition is to be the leader in making customers' diagnostics more efficient and contribute to proven improved care outcomes for patients. We understand that knowing how to use our products in the best and most effective way is just as important as the product itself. Therefore, we support our customers from beginning to end, and even beyond, to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Working as a Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Managers are experts both when it comes to using the Sectra applications as well as the orthopaedic world they are to be used in. Their aim is to optimize our customers' success through their interactions with us and the solutions we provide.
This include responsibilities such as:
  • Guiding the customers through go-lives and training them how to use our products for ever more advanced procedures and questions.
  • Analyze customer workflows and providing them the inspiration and coaching needed to solving their pains and improving their way-of-working with our solutions at each step of their customer journey.
  • Reaching out to users and key opinion leaders in the field and figuring out what we can do for them or how they can use our solutions in new or better ways.
  • Develop new ways to improve the value of our solutions to our customers, the efficiency of how we deliver it and the products themselves. The CSM is typically the customers representative within Sectra in this work.

Life at Sectra
Sectra Orthopaedics is a tight team of dedicated and passionate colleagues with the mission to enable mobility and freedom from pain for all orthopaedic patients. We do this in close collaboration with each other, our other Sectra teams and most importantly with our users, the orthopaedic surgeons and radiologists.
The team is stationed in Sweden and in the USA and from here we support all our markets. The Swedish team is based in Linköping and Stockholm and many of us work remote a few days per week. The position will require a lot of traveling, primarily in Europe, but probably also to North America and Australia.
Our customers are orthopaedic surgeons within many sub-specialties and radiologists. They use our tools to prepare for surgery and analyze various conditions in order to give the best treatment possible to their patients. Our tools allow measuring and pre-operative planning based on 2D images and ever increasingly using advanced 3D visualization and sometimes 3D printing. The tools are used by thousands of physicians in the treatment of hundreds of thousands of patients each year.
At Sectra, we hire for attitude and ability - train for skill. This means who you are is more important than your previous experiences. There are a few core abilities that are central for any role. We always look for your willingness and ability to learn and take on new tasks fast, utilize previous experiences and quickly grasp new information. We also want you to have a strong analytical mindset in which we consider it to be important that you can understand and break down and solve problems. We also look for good communicators who have the ability to interact with colleagues, partners and customers in an effective, clear and constructive way.
To perform well in this role, we want you to have:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, IT or equivalent with a strong academic performance OR have a clinical background, for example, as a implant manufacturer representative, operating nurse, biomechanical engineer, physiotherapist or orthopaedic surgeon.
  • A strong interest in orthopaedics.
  • The curiosity to learn, test and invent new ways of working with our applications and customers.
  • Excellent customer comprehension, analytical and coaching skills as well as verbal, written, listening and presenting skills.
  • Excellent communication, relations management and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent language skills in English and preferably Swedish both verbally and written.

In addition, we consider it as an asset if you also:
  • Have experience in the use of PACS.
  • Are proficient in 3D applications such as CAD tools, 3D-printers or perhaps just 3D games.
  • Speak more languages than those required above.
  • Have experience with other cultures and countries.
  • Have a pilots and driving license.
  • Have interests besides work such as music, sports, horseback riding etc.
