  • The Hiring Manager for the role is Lars Dahl, Manager, Customer Success- Managed Services. As a leader, he prioritises support, structure, and positivity. He believes in the power of feedback to fuel the collective growth and success.
    Your role & influence as Customer Success Manager
    Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring the delivery of services as agreed in contracts and serving as the primary point of contact for operational escalations beyond the scope of the service desk.
    Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of our managed service customers, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with solution architects, delivery, operations and sales.
    Core activities:
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and represent Dustin as a trusted ambassador, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive add-on sales initiatives, taking ownership of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Foster positive interdepartmental relations to position Customer Success Management as a valuable and collaborative internal partner, facilitating seamless coordination and mutual support across teams.

    We envision you as a curious and driven individual who demonstrates leadership for small teams, embraces self-leadership by taking ownership and responsibility, exhibits strong organizational skills to understand the intricacies of the organization and its delivery responsibilities, communicates effectively both internally and externally, and collaborates seamlessly with colleagues and customers to ensure the delivery of reliable services.
    We think, it's important that you have:
    • Around 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably from IT.
    • Problem solving, reliability, being social and have business understanding.
    • Fluency in Danish and English both orally and in writing.

    And, it will be nice, if you have:
    • Proficiency in other Scandinavian languages.
