Content Factory is growing, therefore we have created a new and unique opportunity in our team. We are looking for a Creative Director, who is convinced that the sky has no limit. You will be part of our leadership team and will be overall responsible for the creativity approach and delivery of all the content in Content Factory.
You are a creative soul, passionate about leading, inspiring, and developing people. It comes naturally to you to build strong relationships and collaborate across the organization, and with other stakeholders. You get energized to work on complex projects on a global level, and in a fast-paced environment. You are resilient, open to change, and feel confident to lead in the unknown. You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills. We believe the right candidate has experience in a similar role in a creative agency, and worked with global clients.

• Working with complex creative processes
• Brand development and multichannel marketing models
• Delivering creative content strategy
• Leading assignments based on people and business insights, the world around us, and consumer behaviors

A day in your life with us
In this role, you will be responsible for driving creative direction and exploration of next-generation experiences. You will create excellent IKEA global communication and drive change. You secure strategic thinking and active contribution to the overall scope of the Content Factory.
Some of your main responsibilities will be as follows:
• Define, plan, provide strategic support, execute, and follow up on effective creative strategy
• Creatively lead initiatives and experiences within Content Factory
• Follow up results of created content
• Exhibit outstanding creative judgment and guide the creative team
• Proactively contribute and set clear strategic vision in new business development
• Coach, inspire, and connect others to deliver effective and relevant communication
• Raise the creativity level within the company
• Networking and recruiting external/freelance creative people
• Guarantee integration and collaboration of the function in the Content Factory
• Build and manage a creative team fit for purpose creating focus, enthusiasm, and alignment

Group Communication is part of Ingka Group. We contribute to the development and transformation of Ingka by ensuring we all lead with communication. Content Factory is where we will come together across Ingka Group to create low-cost and high-quality content and experiences and innovate in ways that benefit more of the many and create engagement with the IKEA brand. The Content Factory will focus on end-to-end content creation and deployment across Ingka, and we aim to make sure we have the best possible setup to deliver value and meet brand and customers new demands in an omnichannel reality.
This role is based in Malmö, and you will report to Alessandro Aquillo, Global Content Manager of Ingka.
