- Cultivates productive relationships with key stakeholders in the designated global customer account.
- Serves as a technical consultant for the customer's central functions and at the local country levels, ensuring the adaptation of technology, driving engineering efficiencies, and laying the groundwork for Endress+Hauser's reputation of excellence across the entire Endress+Hauser portfolio.
- Assumes a leadership role in strategic instrumentation solution discussions with the customer, covering areas such as standardization, projects, and applications on a global scale.
- Coordinates the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customer expectations.
- Actively promotes Endress+Hauser technologies and facilitates connections between Endress+Hauser Subject Matter Experts and the customer as needed.
Qualification + Profile
- Bachelor of Science, preferably in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in process instrumentation, with an advantageous background in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to make a significant impact with competence in a multicultural, multinational, and matrix environment.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
- Working location: Malmö; willingness to undertake occasional foreign travels.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Proactive, self-focused ability to drive topics, search for information and personal development.
- Ability to embrace customer needs to be able to provide a professional and innovative support
