We are currently seeking a Content Manager & SEO Manager who will have the responsibility to innovate the content strategy as well as run content creation. The responsibility further includes planning, preparing, and publishing content for all markets, in all sorts of formats, for the full customer journey and for the different channels/platforms.
What you will do:
Formulate a cross-platform content strategy to attract, engage and convert prospects to customers
You are the content conductor - closely following market trends within the content domain, keeping a close eye on competitors and is always one step ahead in terms of our own content strategy, execution, and analysis
Create compelling B2B content (i.e., whitepapers, ebooks, blogs, infographics, case studies, webinars) across all platforms (web, SoMe, email, newsletters) to engage our audience
Manage our editorial content calendar and all the aspects of content creation and delivery
SEO strategy, conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase traffic and engagement on all digital platforms
Analyze early and often how different content ties back to the key metrics/results
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies), competitors and other industry players to stay up to date
Create website content and ensure that web page content is edited properly for SEO optimization, CRO and to increase on-screen readability
Always-on writer and story finder, hangs out where the buyers hangout - communities, slack group, etc - identify trending topics - write about topics in most actionable ways
Producing thought leadership content to create demand in the segment we compete in, and product oriented content that appeals to and captures demand. (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu).
What we look for:
You are an editorial expert and extraordinary copywriter, creating engagement for the content, driving traffic to and engagement on our website
Past experience producing short- and long-form written content for digital channels (think blogs, web pages, webinar slide decks, and marketing emails)
A creative and analytical mindset: You’re highly creative and can apply that creativity across projects and team functions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Journalism or writing-focused area of study
SEO knowledge is fundamental
Experience in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
Used to project management tools like Monday, Asana, Wrike, Trello or similar is preferable
interest in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to brainstorm, idea creation and for content production
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus
