We are now looking for a passionate and skilled Content Marketing Manager based in Stockholm to fulfill that goal with us.
About the Role
As the Content Marketing Manager you'll be working in close collaboration with the Marketing Director to achieve the team's goals of increasing our brand awareness while also performing focused targeted campaigns, both in Sweden and our selected European markets.

As this role will focus on creating high-quality industry-specific content to contribute to positioning Flower as a thought leader, experience in the renewable energy industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to implement strategies that amplify brand awareness and perform targeted campaigns
Content Creation: Develop engaging content across diverse platforms to convey our mission and values effectively.
Copywriting: Create persuasive marketing materials ensuring consistency in messaging.
Design: Create visually captivating materials that reflect our brand identity
Digital Marketing: Drive online and media presence increasing our brand awareness, strategic campaigns, SEO, and social media management.
Stakeholder Management: Manage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality output
Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate marketing events to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, encompassing content creation, copywriting, design, and digital marketing.
Strong planning, organizational and coordination abilities.
Preferred experience in the energy transition sector.
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

Location
We value office collaboration, but support remote work. Our office is at Söder Mälarstrand 21, minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
