About the role:
Reporting to the CISO, the Compliance Manager will have an important role within the Security and Compliance team to help ensure compliance hygiene and build a resilient business strategy. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our compliance framework for SOC 2, ISO and GDPR, and ensuring the effective implementation of processes that meet the appropriate compliance needs. The Compliance Manager will work closely with security and legal team, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance on maintaining a compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the compliance framework
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures, and evidence of controls that meet the requirements of the compliance program.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to proactively address compliance issues.
- Ensure that all aspects of the organization's operations comply with requirements from the compliance program.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes on relevant compliance demands to proactively address challenges, and proactively improve the compliance program.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with the compliance program.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, law or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years' experience in compliance or related role.
- Proven experience managing, or an in-depth knowledge, of SOC 2 or ISO standards, frameworks, and information security and privacy best practices.
- Experience with risk management methodologies and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Business English.
