Responsibilities
• Investigate complaints and identify product problems• Analyze data from instrument systems to determine if test results are affected• Conduct root cause investigations• Transfer knowledge gained from investigations to prevent similar problems• Document investigations and conclusions
Requirements
• Master's degree in relevant engineering field and/or quality• Good knowledge and interest in technology• Analytic thinking, problem solving, and curiosity• Basic knowledge of quality work• Experience with complex products and complaint/CAPA processes• Experience in life science or highly regulated industry• Fluency in English
