Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive salesstrategy to enhance brand visibility, and acquire new enterprise customers.
- Cultivate and strengthenrelationships with key enterprise customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Liaise with the product development team to ensure our product remains competitive and evolves according to customer needs.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns to encourage free users to switch to paid subscriptions.
- Identify and leveragestrategic partnerships to increase our market presence and enrich our product offerings.
- Act as the face of LoomPin at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our brand and establish credibility.
- Build the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Source capital to enable product development and market expansion.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the Nordic market focusing on Sales or Co-Founder
- Demonstrated success in acquiring, and retaining enterprise customers, and driving subscription-based growth.
- Experience in capital raising.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communicationskills, capable of building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a history of innovative thinking, and strategic problem-solving.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
