AdressOur European activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, home-based Clinical Trial Specialist or Contract Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden or FInland). This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and budgets within pre-set parameters;
- Prepare original site and vendor contracts;
- Work with Medpace Clinical Trial team to manage the maintenance of study contracts;
- Ensure timelines are met in an efficient manner; and
- Act as a liaison between Sponsor, sites, vendors, and Medpace team.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor's degre
- Min. 2 years of experience in contract negotiation and in pharma environment;
- Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation and maintenance of contracts and budgets;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; and
- Fluency in English and local language
