We are seeking a solution-oriented, empathetic natural leader with a true passion for project management to work with our Warehouse Management System (WMS), NYCE.LOGIC . Are you our next star? As a Client Delivery manager at Extenda Retail you will be the one who is responsible for the overall Client Delivery. In order to secure high profitability in the deliveries you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple teams, both internally and externally. Much of the internal contact will be with Product Engineering , with Sales and Professional Services . You will be part of the agile team which consists of other Client Delivery Managers, Application Consultants, Software Engineers, Product Owners, Quality Assurance Engineers and Solution Architects. Key Responsibilities of the Role. Manage client expectations and relationships. Manage responsibility over a team of Application Consultants, including regular one-to-ones, mentoring, and overall guidance to successful deliveries. Manage budget and profit/loss for the delivery. Monitor and manage financials, schedule, and scope to ensure the delivery stays on track. Manage progress, risks, and issues with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate a collaborative, open, and transparent environment. Understand the Extenda Retail Methodology and possess the ability to assess risks in process, people, or technology and adjust plans to address accordingly. Facilitate and lead status meetings with the team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Continuously focus on improving ways of working. Inspect and adapt. Required Skills and Experience. 5+ years of relevant experience (project management, warehouse management, logistics, supply chain). University degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Engineering or any related field. Experience of project management. Experience from software delivery using Agile methodologies. Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Nice To Have. Understanding of WMS/ERP. Understanding of TMS.
