Calibration Engineer /Application Engineer

Your Tasks:

1. Responsible for calibration and validation of Advanced Braking System products, focusing on Hydraulic Antilock Braking system (HABS).

2. Collaborates with software and prototyping teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the WPCP (Work Product Creation Process).

3. Main responsibilities include calibration of Hydraulic braking systems, ABS, Stability control, Traction control, and Anti-roll brake systems.

4. Engages with customers, marketing, and product engineering, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for commercial vehicle homologation.

5. In-depth knowledge of Hydraulic Braking systems, vehicle communication protocols (SAE J1939, ISO standards), and proficiency in diagnostic tools (UDS, KWP).

Your profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics; a Master's degree is an added advantage.

2. Over 50% work experience focused on Hydraulic braking system calibration.

3. Proficient in vehicle communication (SAE J1939), with hands-on experience in diagnostic and measurement tools.

4. Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication (verbal and written) in English.

5. Willingness to travel up to 30%; excellent interpersonal skills; familiarity with commercial vehicle driving.
