We are now looking for aBuying Assistantto cover parental leave.It's atemporary position from May 2024 - August 2025.As a Buying Assistant you are responsible for the day-to-day administration of orders, invoices, buying related masterdata as well as communication with our suppliers and our internal teams. You will be a key support to our Buyers, and together as a team you make sure the right products are available at the right time to the best price.
Our vibrant 'Happy Crew' consists of 120 colourful and creative people from all over the world (25+ nationalities, and counting!). In this role, we want you to join us at our office in Stockholm.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Order placement and order follow-up, and verification of data connected to those processes
  • Preparations, follow-up and handling of photo and salesman samples
  • Support seasonal capacity planning and article based forecasting
  • Order follow up to secure delivery accuracy throughout the season, as well as handle related documentation and any discrepancies or claims
  • Handle invoices and communication around invoices with suppliers and internal finance team
  • Support with purchase price management both towards suppliers and towards internal records and systems
  • Create reports related to buying for use in sustainability reporting, auditing or similar
  • Secure correct masterdata deliveries from the purchasing team at set deadlines in product related projects
  • Assist buyers with analysis tasks connected to the development of products for coming seasons

Requirements & Skills
  • Degree within purchasing, business administration or other relevant field
  • 0-2 years of experience from a similar role
  • An interest in fashion, trends and design
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience from Business Central and Qlik Sense is a plus
