Responsibilities
• Conduct through market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with the company's objectives• Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders• Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements• Engage with current and potential clients to understand their needs• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective product positioning and branding strategies• Identify potential risks in Business Development activities and propose risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or in a related relevant field• Fluent in English is required and in other languages is also positive• Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in a technology-focused industry• Strong understanding of the market dynamics and trends in the relevant industry• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills• Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategies into actionable plans• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
