Roles we are looking for:
- Project managers ; scrum, agile, waterfall (experience with at least one of the following: SAFe regulations, Agile, Scrum, Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Leading SAFe, Release Train Engineer, ProSCI, ADKAR)
- Business management consultants ; business analyst, business change manager, management consultant
To succeed in one of these roles, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Economics, Engineering, Management/Business Administration or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (verbal and written).
- Strong self-motivation and drive.
- Experience of working with c-suite level in the public-, finance-, and/or industry-sectors and/or to have run large-scale change/transformation initiatives.
