We're on the lookout for Business Analysts to join our competent compliance team where we work with the goal to create a consistent and efficient way of gathering and managing product verification information to prove compliance.
As a key member of our team, you'll be analyzing business needs like there's no tomorrow. You will dive into our business metrics, uncover insights, and share your findings with our decision-makers to influence both strategic and operational business decisions. You'll also be juggling multiple assignments at once, so you need to be able to multitask like a pro. In addition to this, you will be part of a dynamic and fun-loving team who love a good challenge.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze business needs and identify digital product requirements, including application, data, integration, and processes.
Qualification
To be successful in this role, we expect you can
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and models.
- Build trustful relationships with stakeholders and developers for effective collaboration.
- Analyze and structure information simply and focus on key aspects.
- Lead efforts to enhance user experience by simplifying complexities.
- Actively listen, understand the big picture and details, and make strategic decisions for business development.
